Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to purchases made directly from OneLegacy Strategy Consultants. A signed engagement letter, proposal, or order form may contain more specific terms; when it does, those terms control.
Consulting and professional services
If you cancel before work begins, payments are refundable less nonrecoverable processing or approved third-party costs. After work begins, completed milestones, time already worked, delivered or approved custom work, and committed expenses are nonrefundable. Any unearned balance will be returned.
Monthly services and subscriptions
You may cancel a monthly bookkeeping or other recurring service before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and service continues through that date unless the engagement terms require an earlier stop. Except where required by law or stated in a signed agreement, unused time in the current billing period is not prorated or refunded.
Tax preparation, insurance, notary, and regulated services
Government filing fees, carrier premiums, notary fees, tax-software charges, and other third-party costs follow the provider's or regulator's rules and may be nonrefundable once submitted or incurred. Insurance premium refunds, when available, are determined by the issuing carrier and applicable law.
Digital products and templates
Downloaded or delivered digital products are nonrefundable except when materially defective or not the item ordered. Report a delivery problem within 14 days so we can repair, replace, or, when those remedies are not reasonable, refund the affected item.
Billing errors
Report a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge within 14 days. Verified erroneous charges will be returned to the original payment method. This does not limit rights under applicable law or through your payment provider.

Email info@onelegacystrategy.com with your name, invoice number, payment date, amount, and reason. Do not email card or banking details.
Nothing in this policy excludes a refund or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
