These proposed terms are not effective until Founder approval is documented. After approval and publication, they will govern use of OneLegacy Strategy Consultants websites, intake forms, client portal, and services together with any applicable written service agreement.
Services and professional limits
Information provided through the platform is general and does not create an attorney-client, CPA, enrolled-agent, investment-adviser, or other professional relationship. Insurance services are provided only by appropriately licensed individuals and where legally available.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding account access and providing accurate information. Do not misuse the platform, interfere with security, upload unlawful material, or access another person's account or data.
Payments, cancellations, and third parties
Prices and payment terms shown at checkout or in a signed agreement control. Refund and cancellation rights are described in the Refund Policy. Third-party payment, hosting, and integration providers may apply their own terms.
Warranty and liability
Services are provided as available to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a particular financial, business, tax, insurance, or legal outcome. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
